Blancpain is delighted to pass along heartfelt congratulations to two friends of Blancpain, chefs Franck Giovannini and Claude Bosi, who both recently had marks of distinction conferred upon them. Franck Giovannini, chef of the renowned Hotel de Ville Restaurant in Crissier, Switzerland, was named Chef of the Year 2018 by the celebrated Gault&Millau Guide. In turn, @claudebosi1 chef of the Bibendum Restaurant in London, was awarded two stars from the Michelin Guide, an extraordinary achievement as the restaurant has only been open for a few months.
